Refund policy

At LaserScape, Ltd., we strive to provide the highest quality products and most extraordinary customer service

If for some reason we fall short of that goal, please let us know.  In the rare case that you experience an issue with an order or product:

We offer a 30-day return policy for the following situations:

  • Items arrive defective or damaged
  • Wrong items were sent or items purchased are missing
  • Product fails within the first 30 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For situations listed above, LaserScape will provide free return shipping.

To start a return, email us at sales@laserscapeltd.com with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Description of problem
  • Photos of any damage or defective items 

We will contact you within 48 hours and provide instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be honored.  You can always contact us for any order return questions you have at sales@laserscapeltd.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue and make it right.  Please be sure to photograph shipping damage or defective products as we will require photos for returns.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged.  This includes personalized items, customized engravings and any products with a custom design.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@laserscapeltd.com.
