Shipping policy

• Overall time from completing an order to receiving it at your door is:    Processing Time + Shipping Time
  
  
• Processing Time:  Orders are typically processed within 1-6 Business Days.  An estimate on processing times is provided in the description of each product.  This is the time takes to assemble, pack and deliver your shipment to the shipping carrier.  Occasionally, other factors may influence the processing times.  We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
  
  
• Shipping times are displayed during checkout and vary based on the carrier and shipping method chosen.
  
  
• Tracking numbers are provided when your order ships.  Actual shipping/delivery times can be found by tracking your package using the link provided.  We are not responsible for carrier delays or carrier delivery issues.  Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
  
  
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery zip code.

We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.  Address or carrier changes can not be made after checkout is complete.  Orders that can not be delivered (and are subsequently returned to us) will not be eligible for a refund.  Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to re-ship the order.
